What is Toxic Load…? It is the amount of toxins that you take in via air, water, food & environment… it’s the chemicals, pesticides, plastics & heavy metals that we unfortunately take-in, in some cases, unknowingly… it’s from things that you may have not even thought about… but either way, this “load” adds undue pressure on your organ systems.
While it is measurable to a degree, I am not sure there is enough emphasis on this right now. Awareness and thoughtfulness is key to lighten your load and minimize your intake. However, it is not possible to avoid this load altogether.
When a person takes in more than they are able to detox, all organ systems may become affected. We have accepted a heaviness that we were not intended to carry. This is carrying over from generation to generation; a heavier load for each generation to carry. To support your organ systems, and the inevitable toxic load, I suggest a few things:
1) Continue to become educated on what goes in, on and around your body. Every little bit helps and when you prioritize this, you will start to notice a positive change in how you feel. Be empowered that you CAN and SHOULD feel better.
