Gluten Free French Toast:
– Rice Bread
– 3 Organic Eggs
– 1 teaspoon Vanilla (authentic)
– Cinnamon (to taste)
– ½-1 teaspoon of Coconut oil
Add ½ t of coconut oil to pan. Heat on medium. Soak rice bread in the eggs and vanilla. Put bread in pan. Cook on medium a few minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
